Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any services on apiwin. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the apiwin platform, including the website available at apiwin.app, all associated mobile interfaces, and all gaming, betting, and financial services provided thereunder ("the Platform" or "apiwin").

2.4 Underage Access. 3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the apiwin Platform. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.5 Account Transfers. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your apiwin account to any third party.

4.3 Currency. All accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). apiwin does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or limits.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Funds deposited must not originate from criminal activity or any unlawful source. apiwin reserves the right to require source-of-funds documentation in connection with any deposit.
4.5 No Interest. apiwin does not pay interest on deposited funds or account balances. Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for apiwin's operational purposes.
4.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. apiwin may impose mandatory deposit limits in certain circumstances, including at the request of the account holder under Responsible Gaming provisions.
5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed from an account that has not completed the required identity verification steps.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal minimums may vary by method.

6.1 Terms Apply. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by apiwin are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time the promotion is made available. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), maximum bet while a bonus is active, and expiry date are all specified in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless the applicable promotion terms expressly state otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. apiwin reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, the use of automated software in connection with bonus play, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
6.5 VIP Programme. The apiwin VIP Programme operates across five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Tier thresholds, benefit structures, and cashback rates are subject to change. 9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apiwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

10.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, apiwin will return any verified real-money balance to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding AML checks. Bonus balances and any winnings derived therefrom are not returnable upon closure.
10.3 By the Player. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting apiwin support. Before account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course subject to applicable verification requirements.
11.1 All content on the apiwin Platform, including but not limited to logos, software, graphics, game content, text, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of apiwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the apiwin Platform without prior written consent from apiwin.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings.
12.2 apiwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 apiwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. apiwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
13.1 apiwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at apiwin.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 apiwin may share personal data with third parties where required by law, in connection with KYC and AML compliance, with licensed game suppliers for the purpose of service delivery, and with payment processors in connection with deposit and withdrawal processing.
14.1 apiwin may amend these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided via a notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered email address. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. 15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits apiwin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
